Terms and Conditions:

1. This campaign is valid from November 4, 2026, to January 31, 2027, based on Nepal Standard Time (NST).  

2. The campaign applies to international remittance transactions sent to Nepal through the Panda Remit App, with Esewa Money Transfer (EMT) as the payout service provider. Transactions from all corridors supported by Panda Remit are eligible, provided they are successfully completed and the remittance is received in an eligible bank account or eSewa Wallet in Nepal. 

3. The minimum qualifying transaction amount is NPR 50,000 for bank account deposits and NPR 10,000 for eSewa Wallet transfers. 

4. Eligible senders will receive a maximum of one entry into the lucky draw per week, provided they complete at least one successful transaction meeting the applicable minimum transaction amount during that week. For this campaign, a “week” shall be determined in accordance with the campaign schedule communicated by Esewa Money Transfer. The minimum qualifying transaction amount shall be as specified in the campaign’s official promotional materials.  

5. One eligible sender will be selected each week through a lucky draw to receive a cash prize of NPR 20,000. A total of 12 winners will be selected throughout the campaign period. Lucky draw shall be conducted by Esewa Money Transfer in accordance with the campaign’s eligibility criteria and applicable procedures.  

6. The selected winner may nominate one individual residing in Nepal to receive the NPR 20,000 cash prize on their behalf. The nominated individual must provide the necessary details and documents as requested by Esewa Money Transfer for verification and prize disbursement. The winner will remain responsible for providing accurate nominee information. The nominee shall be subject to verification by Esewa Money Transfer and must satisfy all applicable eligibility and documentation requirements. The prize shall be disbursed only after successful verification.  

7. Winners will be announced through Esewa Money Transfer’s official social media channels on a weekly basis. The timing of the announcement may be subject to change due to public holidays, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any revised announcement date shall be communicated through Esewa Money Transfer’s official social media channels.    

8. Selected winners may be contacted through their registered contact details and may be required to provide the necessary information or documents to verify their eligibility and claim the prize.  

9. Any applicable taxes on the prize amount will be borne by the winner in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations. If a selected winner fails to respond or provide the required information or documents within the period specified by Esewa Money Transfer, the winner may be disqualified, and Esewa Money Transfer may select an alternate winner, subject to campaign guidelines.    

10. If a transaction is cancelled, reversed, refunded, or found to be ineligible, it will not qualify for the campaign. If a winner is found to have qualified through an invalid or ineligible transaction, Esewa Money Transfer reserves the right to disqualify the winner or withhold the prize. Esewa Money Transfer may deduct or withhold any applicable taxes from the prize amount where required by law.  

11. All transactions under this campaign are subject to applicable laws and regulations, KYC requirements, AML/CFT requirements, transaction limits, and the applicable terms and conditions of Panda Remit, Esewa Money Transfer. Where a prize has already been disbursed, Esewa Money Transfer reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.  

12. Esewa Money Transfer reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign in cases of suspicious activity, misuse, regulatory requirements, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any material change to the campaign shall be communicated through Esewa Money Transfer’s official communication channels, where practicable and as required by applicable law.    

13. Esewa Money Transfer reserves the right to determine transaction and participant eligibility based on these Terms and Conditions and relevant records. In case of any dispute relating to the campaign, the decision of Esewa Money Transfer shall be final, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this clause shall limit any rights or remedies available to participants under applicable laws.  

14. Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  

15. The campaign is not transferable, and the prize may not be exchanged for any other benefit, except as expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions.  

 

नियम तथा सर्तहरू:

1. यो अभियान नोभेम्बर ४, २०२६ देखि जनवरी ३१, २०२७ सम्म, नेपाल मानक समय (NST) अनुसार, सञ्चालन हुनेछ।  

2. यस अभियान Esewa Money Transfer (EMT) लाई भुक्तानी सेवा प्रदायक (Payout Service Provider) को रूपमा छनोट गरी Panda Remit App मार्फत नेपालमा पठाइने अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय रेमिट्यान्स कारोबारहरूमा लागू हुनेछ। Panda Remit ले समर्थन गर्ने सबै करिडोरबाट पठाइएका रेमिट्यान्स यस अभियानमा सहभागी हुन योग्य हुनेछन्। तर, उक्त कारोबार सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भई नेपालमा रहेको योग्य बैंक खाता वा eSewa वालेटमा रकम प्राप्त भएको हुनुपर्नेछ।

3. बैंक खातामा रकम जम्मा गर्दा न्यूनतम कारोबार रकम रु. ५०,००० र eSewa वालेटमा रकम पठाउँदा न्यूनतम कारोबार रकम रु. १०,००० हुनुपर्नेछ। 

4. अभियानमा सहभागी हुन योग्य प्रेषकले सम्बन्धित हप्ताभित्र तोकिएको न्यूनतम कारोबार रकम बराबर वा सोभन्दा बढीको कम्तीमा एउटा सफल कारोबार सम्पन्न गरेको हुनुपर्नेछ। प्रत्येक योग्य प्रेषकलाई एक हप्तामा लक्की ड्रका लागि अधिकतम एक प्रविष्टि (Entry) प्रदान गरिनेछ।  यस अभियानको प्रयोजनका लागि हप्ताको अवधि ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफरद्वारा प्रकाशित अभियान तालिकाअनुसार निर्धारण गरिनेछ। न्यूनतम योग्य कारोबार रकम अभियानका आधिकारिक प्रचार सामग्रीमा उल्लेख गरिएबमोजिम हुनेछ।  

5. प्रत्येक हप्ता लक्की ड्रमार्फत एक जना योग्य प्रेषकलाई रु. २०,००० (अक्षरेपी बीस हजार रुपैयाँ) नगद पुरस्कारका लागि छनोट गरिनेछ। अभियान अवधिभर कुल १२ जना विजेता छनोट गरिनेछन्। लक्की ड्र ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफर द्वारा अभियानका योग्यता मापदण्ड तथा लागू हुने प्रक्रियाअनुसार सञ्चालन गरिनेछ।  

6. छनोट भएका विजेताले आफ्नो तर्फबाट रु. २०,००० नगद पुरस्कार प्राप्त गर्न नेपालमा बसोबास गर्ने एक जना व्यक्तिलाई नामांकन गर्न सक्नेछन्। नामांकन गरिएको व्यक्तिले पुरस्कारको प्रमाणीकरण तथा भुक्तानीका लागि ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफर ले माग गरेका आवश्यक विवरण तथा कागजातहरू उपलब्ध गराउनुपर्नेछ। नामांकन गरिएको व्यक्तिको विवरण सही तथा पूर्ण रूपमा उपलब्ध गराउने जिम्मेवारी विजेताको हुनेछ। नामांकन गरिएको व्यक्ति ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफरद्वारा प्रमाणीकरण गरिनुपर्नेछ र लागू हुने योग्यता तथा कागजातसम्बन्धी आवश्यकताहरू पूरा गरेको हुनुपर्नेछ। सफल प्रमाणीकरणपछि मात्र पुरस्कार भुक्तानी गरिनेछ।  

7. विजेताहरूको घोषणा Esewa Money Transfer का आधिकारिक सामाजिक सञ्जाल (Social Media) च्यानलहरूमार्फत साप्ताहिक रूपमा गरिनेछ। सार्वजनिक बिदा, सञ्चालनसम्बन्धी आवश्यकता वा अन्य अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितिका कारण विजेता घोषणा गर्ने समयतालिकामा परिवर्तन हुन सक्नेछ। घोषणा मितिमा कुनै परिवर्तन भएमा सोको जानकारी Esewa Money Transfer का आधिकारिक सामाजिक सञ्जाल च्यानलहरूमार्फत गराइनेछ। 

8. छनोट भएका विजेताहरूलाई उनीहरूले दर्ता गराएको सम्पर्क विवरणमार्फत सम्पर्क गरिनेछ। पुरस्कार प्राप्त गर्न तथा योग्यता प्रमाणीकरणका लागि आवश्यक विवरण वा कागजातहरू उपलब्ध गराउनुपर्ने हुन सक्छ।ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफर तोकेको अवधिभित्र विजेताले सम्पर्क नगरेमा वा आवश्यक विवरण तथा कागजात उपलब्ध नगराएमा, लागू हुने कानून तथा नियमावलीको अधीनमा रही, विजेतालाई अयोग्य घोषित गर्न र वैकल्पिक विजेता छनोट गर्न सकिनेछ।  

9. पुरस्कार रकममा लाग्ने कुनै पनि लागू कर प्रचलित कानून तथा नियमावलीअनुसार विजेताले नै व्यहोर्नुपर्नेछ। यदि छनोट भएका विजेताले Esewa Money Transfer ले तोकेको समयावधिभित्र सम्पर्कमा नआएमा वा आवश्यक जानकारी तथा कागजातहरू उपलब्ध नगराएमा, अभियानका नियम तथा सर्तहरूबमोजिम निजको विजेता छनोट रद्द गर्न सकिनेछ र Esewa Money Transfer ले वैकल्पिक विजेता छनोट गर्न सक्नेछ। 

10. रद्द गरिएको, उल्ट्याइएको (Reversed), फिर्ता गरिएको वा अयोग्य ठहरिएको कारोबार यस अभियानका लागि योग्य मानिने छैन। अयोग्य वा अमान्य कारोबारका आधारमा विजेता छनोट भएको पाइएमा ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफरले विजेतालाई अयोग्य घोषित गर्न वा पुरस्कार भुक्तानी रोक्न सक्नेछ। पुरस्कार भुक्तानी भइसकेको अवस्थामा पनि ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफरले प्रचलित कानून तथा नियमावलीअनुसार आवश्यक कारबाही गर्न सक्नेछ।  

11. यस अभियानअन्तर्गतका सबै कारोबार प्रचलित कानून तथा नियमावली, ग्राहक पहिचान (KYC) सम्बन्धी आवश्यकताहरू, सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरण तथा आतङ्कवादी गतिविधिमा वित्तीय लगानी निवारण (AML/CFT) सम्बन्धी व्यवस्था, कारोबार सीमा तथा Panda Remit र ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफर का लागू हुने नियम तथा सर्तहरूको अधीनमा रहनेछन्।  

12. शंकास्पद गतिविधि, दुरुपयोग, प्राविधिक समस्या, नियामकीय आवश्यकता, सञ्चालनसम्बन्धी कारण वा अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितिमा ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफरले प्रचलित कानून तथा नियमावलीको अधीनमा रही अभियानको समीक्षा, संशोधन, स्थगन वा रद्द गर्न सक्नेछ। सम्भव भएसम्म तथा लागू कानूनले आवश्यक ठहराएअनुसार अभियानमा गरिने महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तनहरू ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफरका आधिकारिक सञ्चार माध्यमहरूमार्फत जानकारी गराइनेछ।  

13. यस नियम तथा सर्तहरू र सम्बन्धित अभिलेखका आधारमा कारोबार तथा सहभागीको योग्यता निर्धारण गर्ने अधिकार ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफरमा रहनेछ। अभियानसम्बन्धी कुनै विवाद उत्पन्न भएमा ईसेवा मनि ट्रान्सफरको निर्णय अन्तिम हुनेछ, तर यस्तो निर्णय प्रचलित कानून तथा नियमावलीको अधीनमा रहनेछ। यस प्रावधानले सहभागीलाई प्रचलित कानूनअन्तर्गत प्राप्त कुनै अधिकार वा उपचारमा सीमितता ल्याउने छैन।  

14. यस अभियानमा सहभागी हुनु भनेको यी नियम तथा सर्तहरू स्वीकार गर्नु हो।  

15. यस अभियानको सहभागिता हस्तान्तरण गर्न मिल्ने छैन तथा पुरस्कारलाई यी नियम तथा सर्तहरूमा स्पष्ट रूपमा अनुमति दिइएको अवस्थामा बाहेक अन्य कुनै लाभ वा सुविधामा सट्टापट्टा गर्न सकिने छैन।
