Campaign Highlights:

Terms & Conditions:

  1. This offer is exclusively available to new Nepali remittance users transferring money from Malaysia via TNG eWallet to an eSewa Wallet.
  2. To qualify, users must send a remittance through their TNG eWallet app directly to a KYC-verified eSewa Wallet in Nepal.
  3. The minimum transaction amount to be eligible for the campaign is RM 50.
  4. A total of four (4) weekly winners will be chosen via a digital random draw. One winner will be drawn after each weekly milestone ending on August 22, August 29, September 5, and September 15, respectively. The winner for each period will be announced on the following business day.
  5. Winner announcements will be made on the official Esewa Money Transfer Facebook and Instagram pages.
  6.  Winners must claim their prize within one (1) month from the announcement date. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in forfeiture.
  7.  The free service charge benefit is redeemable using a promo code provided by Touch 'n Go. Each winner may redeem the promo code up to twelve (12) times during the one-year validity period.
  8.  The Free-of-Charge (FOC) transfer benefit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. Any unused FOC transfer entitlement will expire at the end of the one-year benefit period.
  9.  Winners are required to provide necessary information or documentation for identity verification and prize fulfillment purposes.
  10.  Winners' names and photos may be used for promotional purposes by Esewa Money Transfer and Touch 'n Go without additional consent or compensation.
  11.  Esewa Money Transfer and Touch 'n Go reserve the right to review, amend, or cancel this campaign and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of fraud, suspicious activity, transaction cancellations or refunds, or circumstances beyond their control. If a winning transaction is cancelled, refunded, or reversed, the reward will be forfeited, and the organizers reserve the right to claw back or demand full repayment of any distributed prizes.
  12. Employees of Esewa Money Transfer are not eligible to participate.

 

नियम तथा शर्तहरू (Terms & Conditions:)

1. यो अफर मलेसियाबाट TNG eWallet मार्फत eSewa Wallet मा पैसा (रेमिट्यान्स) पठाउने नयाँ नेपाली प्रयोगकर्ताहरूका लागि मात्र उपलब्ध छ।

2. योग्य हुनका लागि, प्रयोगकर्ताहरूले TNG eWallet एपमार्फत KYC प्रमाणित eSewa Wallet मा रेमिट्यान्स पठाउनुपर्नेछ।

3. यो अफरमा सहभागी हुन न्यूनतम कारोवार रकम ५० मलेसियाली रिङ्गेट (RM 50) हुनुपर्नेछ।

4. डिजिटल लक्की ड्र मार्फत कुल चार (४) जना साप्ताहिक विजेताहरू छनोट गरिनेछ। जसअनुसार क्रमशः अगस्ट २२, अगस्ट २९, सेप्टेम्बर ५ र सेप्टेम्बर १५ मा समाप्त हुने प्रत्येक सातापछि एक-एक जना विजेता चयन गरिनेछ। प्रत्येक अवधिको विजेताको घोषणा त्यसपछिको कार्यदिनको कार्यालय समयमा गरिनेछ।

11. ठगी, शंकास्पद गतिविधि, कारोबार रद्द वा फिर्ता (refund), वा नियन्त्रण बाहिरको परिस्थिति उत्पन्न भएमा, Esewa Money Transfer तथा Touch 'n Go ले पूर्व सूचना बिना नै जुनसुकै समयमा यस अभियान र यसका शर्त तथा नियमहरू पुनरावलोकन, संशोधन वा रद्द गर्ने अधिकार सुरक्षित राख्दछन्। यदि विजेता बनेको कुनै कारोबार रद्द, फिर्ता वा उल्ट्याइएको (reversed) खण्डमा सो पुरस्कार जफत गरिनेछ र आयोजकहरूले वितरण गरिसकिएको पुरस्कार फिर्ता माग्ने वा पूर्ण भुक्तानीको दाबी गर्ने अधिकार सुरक्षित राख्दछन्।
