Foreign Employment Social Security Fund

The Social Security Fund (SSF) is a government initiative designed to safeguard the financial security and welfare of Nepalese migrant workers, particularly during old age, accidents, disability, or death.

Migrant workers holding a valid labor permit are required to compulsorily contribute to the SSF. Eligible contributors include both workers employed abroad with a labor permit and self-employed individuals overseas.
